Our ancestors, for good or bad, all came from cultures with shamanic roots. Do you have a relationship with yours that informs your life and its path? We all inherited the cultural and physical DNA from our ancestors which may manifest itself in our lives in ways we don’t expect or are not fully conscious of. What if you could communicate directly with your ancestors to discover their gifts and to heal generational lesions?
This Ancestors class will help you to explore and map out those factors inherent in your lines that are affecting you as a descendant. In shamanism, we are able to go back and repair any damage or imbalance. We are also able to draw upon the strengths of our lines from those healthy ancestors who are whole and intact in their spirit. They can advise us, guide us, and teach us. We carry their power whether we are aware of it or not. Ancestors can be powerful allies if you choose the right ones to honor.
Not only can ancestors help you in the present moment of your life, they can also prepare you to be a good ancestor. We can access our descendants to see what the most powerful gift was that we left for them, and get guidance on how to conduct our lives in a way most beneficial for the strength of our lines, our communities and our world.
Join us for this class and its creative process. We will be making tools to use in our shamanic practice, and setting strong intentions that will guide us forward. You will have a process for obtaining direct revelation from your ancestors and all your relations, either yours personally or those persons who lived in eras that your family is derived from. We will be combining hands-on crafts with blessings, song, prayer, ceremony, initiation and journeying.
